Understanding Our Pricing

Our therapists manage their own pricing and insurance availability. Take a look each individual therapist's page to find out more.

Private Pay

If you use private pay it's easy, your therapist will charge their fee to your credit card information on file, via SimplePractice.

If you so choose, your therapist can provide you with a “Super Bill,” at the end of each session. You may submit your “Super Bill” to your insurance company for reimbursement. Ask your therapist about this option.

HSA is accepted.

Insurance

If you are planning to use your insurance, and your therapist is paneled with your insurance, here are the steps you must take before your first session:

1. Using the number on the back of your insurance card, call your insurance company and ask your representative, "What is my mental health co-pay?"

2. If they tell you something like, "$30" - great! That is the fee you will be charged for your session. Now, upload a copy of your insurance card into your SimplePractice portal.

3. If they tell you, "You have a deductible you haven't met yet," then let your therapist know. Depending on which insurance you use, they will tell you what the insurance-dictated amount is, which is usually around $100/session.

Cancelations

Please keep in mind we have a 24-hour cancellation policy, meaning if you cancel your appointment under the 24-hour window, or do not show up to your session, we will charge you the full private pay rate of the session.
